Science has figured why dudes send unsolicited D-Pics or as I like to call it "meat mail"
So about 47% of guys admit to sending one.
49% of women say they’ve received an unsolicited D-Pic.
So why TF ARE THEY SENDING THEM?!?!
Researches surveyed 1,087 men between the ages of 16 and 92 and found:
- 44% said do it because they just want a pic in return
- 33% think the undeniable allure of their junk will land them a date.
- 18% got any kind of “sexual gratification” from it.
- 10%, it was a power play
- 6% said it was because of misogynistic reasons or unresolved childhood issues.
According to the Journal of Sex Research: 48% of men that sent D-Pics were young, mostly unmarried, and were likely in “casual” relationships.
They also showed “narcissistic” tendencies, with an “inflated sense of self-worth” and a “need to be admired by others.
Thirdly, they ranged from having “hostile” views towards women, to believing women should be “put on a pedestal.”
