If you've ever wanted to stay in a hotel with a coffin in the bathroom, an ouija board on the wall, or some creepy clowns watching you sleep, look no further, because there's an Airbnb in Florida waiting for you.

If that sounds appealing to you, you need to head to the Tampa area to visit the Phantom History House, a brand-new "creepy but comfortable, eerie yet elegant" bed-and-breakfast experience in the town of Westchase.

The owners and operators of the whimsical inn are Steve Blanchard and Tim Hinton, and they offer four differently themed rooms, each with a private and themed bathroom as well: the Cemetery Room, the Portrait Room, the Ouija Room, and the Castle Room.

Your stay includes a continental breakfast and free ghost stories from the innkeepers, starting at just $175 a night.

"We like to think that we are Modern Victorian with a little bit of Gothic sprinkled in," said Blanchard, who also hosts a podcast about the paranormal.

Hinton said he's more of a "Disney guy" and said, "It's sort of like walking into a haunted movie, but upscale and elegant."

If you're one of their more adventurous guests, the couple often brings in psychic mediums and tarot card readers.

"And if you want to tell us that ghost story from when you were a little kid," Blanchard confessed, "we would love to hear it."
