Drug Dealer Sold $2,000 Daily In Marijuana From Vending Machine At Home

Criminals are apparently working smarter, not harder these days, but either way, it will get you busted...no matter how creative the idea.

A drug dealer named Marcus Cornwell living in Detroit has been arrested and now facing charges after he installed a marijuana vending machine on the side of his home.

It allowed his "customers" to just walk up and buy the weed at their convenience. Cornwell told police the vending machine was his primary source of income and he was making $2,000 a day for the past 5 years, even taking on an employee to help him.

The vending machine even took credit cards and accepted Apple Pay.

Federal agents got a tip after a TikTok video of the man's machine went viral and used the machine to collect evidence.

FBI and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) executed a search warrant at Cornwell's home on March 16 of this year and found 18 guns including one sawed-off shotgun, dozens of rounds of ammunition, several pounds of marijuana, and over $12,700 in cash.
