"ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) —Walt Disney World in Florida is making it easier to see smiles again, but guests still can't hug the characters.
Starting Tuesday, face masks will be optional for visitors to the theme park resort who are vaccinated, though Disney workers won't require proof of vaccination, the company said on its website."
Say goodbye to masks at Disney World starting Tuesday June 15th for fully vaccinated guests. Those not vaccinated will still need to wear masks indoors and on all rides and attractions. All visitors will need to wear masks on buses, monorails and Disney Skyliner.
You ready for some realness? By Disney doing this without proof of vaccination they're essentially giving everyone the option to toss their mask. Vaccinated or not.
I say that because if you think all non-vaccinated people will be wearing masks you're delusional. I'd be willing to bet 95% of non-vaccinated people pop those masks off. Maybe even more.
Now listen I'm not judging anyone, and if you want to get vaccinated do it, if you don't then don't. I personally feel if you can you should. I'm just giving my opinion about this new policy in place.
