I have never passed out before, but I'd imagine it's terrifying when you come to not knowing what just happened. So passing out while free-falling to earth has to be one the most terrifying things ever. Waking up and all you see are clouds and the ground getting closer and closer would probably induce a heart-attack or at the very least release some bodily fluids.
