If anyone is shocked by this you've clearly never seen Tracy Morgan live on TV before. Dude is beyond funny and has no filter so that's on the producers of the 'Today' show if anyone has a problem with this. Plus that's what he does, he's a comedian he tries to make people laugh and may make some uncomfortable as he walks that fine line. I love how Hoda tried her best to keep a straight face and called Tracy "creative' probably because she couldn't think of anything else appropriate to say.
