Love this!!! I'm all for working out, but I always laugh at hardos like this dude. For real what is the point of this? You can do that same workout with just two of those dumbbells. Yet he needs to stack them up for a "look at me moment" meanwhile my man shooting free throws is the real star. Just draining shot after shot like it's his job. In the 65+ rec league games you don't want to send this guy to the line. Just a nightmare for the opposition.
