The Telegraph - "A facial recognition app that can identify strangers from a photograph has been created by a British entrepreneur.
Facezam can identify people by matching a photo of them with their Facebook profile. All users have to do is take a picture of someone on the street and run it through the app, which will tell them who it thinks the person in the photo is. "
And here it is folks, the day I knew would eventually come. The day when technology is used to be super sketch and creepy. Honestly technology was already at that level, but this is a bit much. And this makes creeping on someone super easy; it's unsettling to say the least. I need to know what angle they're going to take and how they go about marketing this. "Hey Fellas/Ladies tired of seeing that hot guy or girl at Starbucks, but you can never find the nerve to strike up a conversation? Well, worry no more, because Facezam takes all the awkwardness out of human interaction and puts a name to the face! It's like Shazam, but with people!"
