I want to make this clear, there is nothing funny about a dude roaming the streets with a rifle. However, he's now in custody (nobody was killed or even hurt) and this was so bizarre and hilarious I needed to share. Of all the things he could have spray painted, penis wasn't even on my radar. I would have put house money on it being politically motivated. Nope, not this guy, he went with grade school humor and nailed it! Drawings of a Penis and farts will always be funny to me (sorry,not sorry). This guy didn't stop there either, he also spray painted a pair of boobs on a garage door.
