Britney Spears' Ex-Husband Says That Kids Are "Shunning Her"

Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline said in a clip for his "6- minted Australia" interview that he was "mortified" for Spears during her difficult time in 2007. "I still feel bad for her," he said. He also spoke on their children and his lack of info;vement during her conservatorship. "The boys. I had to worry about the boys, I couldn't get involved." He also claimed that the boys are avoiding their mother. "They actually haven't seen her in months." The two boys were noticeably missing during Spears' wedding to now husband Sam Asghari. Federline claims that it was their choice, not his.

His decision to do the interview was not taken well by Spears. She wrote on her Instagram Story "Only one word: Hurtful. It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me an Amy children. As we all know, rising teenage boys is never easy for anyone."

Husband Asghari wrote on the platform "The boys are very smart and will be 18 soon to make their own decisions and may eventually realize the 'tough' part was having a father who hasn't worked much in 15 years as a role model."

Many on social media pointed out that it should be Britney, not Kevin, that speaks on her situation with her children. After all, he didn't get involved during the conservatorship, why should he get involved now? What benefit does it do to Britney to have her ex-husband speak on her traumatic story and her process of healing? Britney should be able to talk about her situation on her own time.
