When Facebook user Ashley Hardacre walked to her car after work last week, she noticed a shirt was wrapped around her windshield wipers. As she reached for the shirt, she noticed two cars in the parking lot that were watching her every move. Realizing she was not in a safe environment, Ashley drove to a more public location to remove the shirt from the front end of her car, and immediately called the police. Although the act could have been a harmless prank, authorities believe this could be a new tactic to distract drivers.
