I’ve been having more trouble sleeping lately so I’ve introduced two new things into my routine: CBD oil and reading before bed.
I actually find it’s helping A LOT. And I’m not even reading a ton. I’m honestly maybe getting five pages a night but I think that’s a good sign! The book I'm reading I've linked here titled Girl, Wash Your Face.
CBD oil has tons of health benefits, including better rest. I'm currently using Shayna Taylor's from Bottle & Stone.
