Catching Up On Sleep Leads To Weight Gain

Sleeping Late

According to a new study, trying to "catch up" on sleep over the weekend can lead to eating more and weight gain.

The study said that those who skip on sleep during the week and then binge sleep on weekends fall guilty to this.

They also said doing this can lead to insulin sensitivity which may lead to diabetes.

This means that if you have to get up at 5:00 am Monday - Friday, you better do it on the weekend too!
