49-year old Gregory Stanton pleaded guilty last month to tampering with consumer products. Back in 2016, Stanton posted a video of him online of him urinating on the Kellogg's cereal conveyor belt. The video prompted a full investigation involving the FDA.
This all happened at the Kellogg's facility in Memphis, TN. The video can still be found online, but we have to warn, it is rather gruesome.
