Six Flags Offers $300 Prize For Spending 30 Hours In Coffin

With Halloween right around the corner, a lot of people are braving haunted houses and daring to mess with the supernatural and spooky unknown. Six Flags in St. Louis is offering up a haunted challenge if you dare...

The theme park is offering a $300 prize to anyone who can stay inside a coffin for 30-hours. The challenge will begin at 1:00 pm on October 13th and contestants will remain in their coffin overnight until 7:00 pm on October 14th. Each coffin is 2 ft x 7 ft so as you can imagine, there's not much room to move around or do much of anything except "play dead".

Inside Of Coffin

Six Flags did say each contestant will be allowed a six-minute bathroom break once an hour.

They will be provided with snacks, food, and drinks by the park and will also be allowed to have a pillow, a blanket, their cellphone, and keep one friend outside the coffin for comfort. However, once the park closes down for the night, their friend has to go.

If more than one contestant makes it through the 30-hours, then the park will hold a drawing to determine the winner. Each and every contestant, however, does get to keep their coffin to add to their Halloween decor.

What do you think? Do you dare to take on the dead?
