Volunteer of the Week - Mike James

VOTW Mike James

Mike James started to volunteer in October of 2000 with the aftercare program at Roosevelt Middle School. Throughout the years he also volunteered at several schools but has landed at Watson B. Duncan Middle in 2002.

Mike helps with the before school care program, serves as the volunteer coordinator, and helps wherever he is needed.

Last year, Mike also began volunteering at Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary when his grandson started attending school there. Mike serves as room parent and helps with Popcorn Fridays and other special events.
