92nd concert of 2018 #Kelsi100Concerts
100 concerts in one year...the challenge is on! If you have no idea WTF I'm talking about, click here for the full scoop. Believe it or not, this was actually my first time seeing Twenty One Pilots. A few years ago I had an opportunity to catch their show but blew them off to see Sublime with Rome. I have totally regretted missing that show and after last night, I know I was a fool for missing them. There really is nothing like a Twenty One Pilot show and honestly you won't understand what I mean until you go for yourself.
That's right two guys, Tyler and Josh sold out the entire BB&T Center! Tyler is just an incredible musician. He bounced around singing, playing guitar, ukulele, piano..... I mean you name it and Tyler can do it. The visuals were awesome too. You can tell a lot of love and planning goes into these shows.
As much as I love concerts, I also love to watch the crowd and there's nothing more intense than a Twenty One Pilot fan. Tons of people actually CAMPED out to get the best spot in the pit. Seriously, tents and all. Name one other artist that had people camping outside at any venue in South Florida. Exactly, you can't! The fans were cheering, screaming and even crying. There was so much love in the venue. The guys gave it their all and the crowd gave it right back.
My seats were pretty sweet for this show! Take a look at some of the photos I took of Twenty One Pilot's set at BB&T Center in Sunrise.
Check back and stalk this blog for a year of music and good stories. Remember, I have to average about 2-3 shows a week. You can follow all of my adventures on Instagram & Twitter @KelsiRadio! Well, until next concert.....
