100 Concerts In One Year #85 Butch And The Fat Doobs

85th concert of 2018 #Kelsi100Concerts

100 concerts in one year...the challenge is on! If you have no idea WTF I'm talking about, click here for the full scoop! Ugh, I feel like such a jerk. While the guys were taking a break we did an interview and I accidentally deleted it. Yesterday, I spent hours trying to recover it and downloaded an excessive amount of apps. Long story short it's gone forever :(   Anyway, for a while now I have been planning on catching one of Butch and the Fat Doob's shows and I finally did!

Oh boy did they have the best drunk dancers! Who cares though? That's what a good night of music is about. Getting lost, cutting loose and having a good time. If you ever go to a Butch and the Fat Doobs show, expect to be moving the entire time. The bands plays a lot of fun music. During their set they did everything from rock to punk and even a little twist of that pirate style!

Honestly, my favorite thing was of course the deep raspy vocals and those thick catchy riffs. Butch has only three dudes but there was a lot of power coming from the stage and everyone in the band does a little bit of singing. From covers to originals, Butch and the Fat Doobs can do it all!

Now apparently, James (bass player) carries an IHop Cup with him everywhere he goes! Seriously, this cup has been to more concerts than you. Such a shame I lost the interview, especially since they gave details about a Christmas Album they're working on. It will cover some of the classics and of course some punk rock originals. If you ever have a chance, go SEE THEM! Below are some photos I took of Butch and the Fat Doobs at Average Joe's Pub in Jupiter.

Check back and stalk this blog for a year of music and good stories. Remember, I have to average about 2-3 shows a week. You can follow all of my adventures on Instagram & Twitter @KelsiRadio! Well, until next concert.....
