If you feel love in the air and you love breakfast food, then this might be right up your alley, because Cracker Barrel announced a contest, where if you propose at Cracker Barrel over near Valentine's Day you could win free food for a year from the breakfast restaurant.
Here are the rules: Dine at a Cracker Barrel between February 10 and February 16 and propose to the love of your life. You don't even technically have to eat there, but it might be a more awkward proposal to walk in, drop down on one knee, and simply walk out.
The proposal will need to be filmed making sure that Cracker Barrel is represented and post the video to Instagram using the hashtags: #ISaidYesAtCrackerBarrel and #Contest and tag @CrackerBarrel to make sure they see it.
In your caption, you also need to explain why you decided to propose at Cracker Barrel.
Then Cracker Barrel will select 5 winning couples, with each receiving a $2,000 gift card, which is apparently enough for you and your fiancée to have one free meal at Cracker Barrel every week for the next year. According to their site, the average price for two people to dine is about $35.
If you're not ready to get married they have another offer: get a free dessert when you purchase two entrees, beginning this Friday (2/10/23) and running through Valentine's Day.
