It's the moment we've been waiting for since rumors of the movie started swirling. Now, the first official trailer for the animated "Super Mario Brothers" movie has dropped, and we now know what Chris Pratt's version of the iconic character, Mario sounds like...Chris Pratt.

You heard it correctly, or maybe you didn't hear it, because Mario will have no accent.

Is this for the best? Did Pratt not want to butcher the classic accent? Inevitably, the internet has had its opinions, one of them being: shock, that Mario doesn't have his iconic accent.

Will it change the fact that I'm excited to relive the nostalgia that is Super Mario? No.

"Super Mario Brothers" is set to come out on April 7th, and the film also stars Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, and Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong.
