We all know that riding a bull is going to be a dangerous feat, but what about simply spectating at a rodeo? The audience at a recent rodeo in Florida, experienced this danger first-hand when a bull broke out and climbed over a barrier to where the crowd was seated.
Christopher Thornton was in the audience and managed to capture video of the incident that unfolded at the Gus Trent Horse Ranch's rodeo at the Florida State Fairgrounds near Tampa.
In the video, a bull can be seen breaking through the side of a chute and charging over the barrier protecting the audience area, causing people in the crowd to panic and take off running.
Amidst the chaos, a handler on horseback can be seen chasing after the bull and is eventually able to wrangle the animal by lasso and return it to the arena.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported during the incident.
