The good folks at Disney are gearing up to turn yet another one of their theme park attractions into a feature film, and it is my favorite ride in all of Walt Disney World and Disneyland alike.
If you're still scarred from 2003's adaptation of "The Haunted Mansion" starring Eddie Murphy, it's going to be okay, because it's just been revealed that a legendary scream queen has joined the already star-studded cast of the newest version of "The Haunted Mansion" feature film.
In an Instagram post, Jamie Lee Curtis basically confirmed that she'll be playing the film's iconic fortune-telling character, Madame Leota in the new version of the film.
Jamie's post included a picture of herself alongside the picture of Madame Leota from the original film along with a caption that was a crystal ball emoji.
It has also been recently revealed that Jared Leto has signed onto the film!
According to Entertainment Weekly, a source close to the film's production has confirmed that Leto will be in the new movie adaptation. But who is he rumored to be portraying?
Although it hasn't been confirmed quite yet, according to reports, it’s the elusive Hatbox Ghost!
Jamie and Jared join the star-studded cast that already includes Rosario Dawson, LaKeith Stanfield, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, and Tiffany Haddish.
