The CEO of a Miami modeling agency and “90 Day Fiancé”’s boyfriend has been arrested and charged with first-degree attempted murder after he tried to strangle and drown her in West Palm Beach, Florida.

TMZ first broke the news that officers for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) in Palm Beach County responded to calls from witnesses on Sunday (4/24/22) saying Urge agent and CEO, Caroline Schwitzky, and her boyfriend of 1 year, 23-year-old Cole Goldberg got into a heated argument on his boat.

Witnesses say they saw Caroline, who appeared on “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” in 2016, try to get away from him, but Goldberg was "holding and aggressively grabbing her" to keep her on board. They also said the couple's struggle went on for nearly 20 minutes.

Schwitzky eventually broke free and jumped off of the boat in an attempt to swim to a nearby boat but, according to witnesses, Goldberg swam after her and held her under the water. A bystander named Matt Paris allegedly jumped in the water and assisted in Caroline's safe escape.

Jail records indicate FWC officers took Goldberg into custody where he was charged with 1 count of battery: touch or strike. After posting a $60,000 bond, he was released Monday night.

Police reports also revealed that Schwitzky had bruises on her arm.

Allegedly, the heroic bystander Paris, and Schwitzky both took out a no-contact order against Goldberg, as seen by Page Six, who also said that he is due back in court on June 16.
