A Stuart, Florida woman was pulled over and is now facing DUI charges, but it's what deputies found in her car that's concerning...as her car was full of deodorant spray.
According to Martin County Sheriff's Office, 31-year-old Katherine Theodore huffed numerous cans of aerosol deodorant before getting behind the wheel on Sunday (3/6/2022).
When officers pulled Theodore over on SE Federal Highway and Carroll Street in Stuart, the officer noticed a pile of empty Right Guard deodorant spray cans in the backseat of her car.
Officials also said the woman appeared impaired. and there was a very strong scent of the spray in her car.
Theodore initially told officers that she sprayed the deodorant simply because she enjoyed the smell of it, but she later admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the day and then huffing the deodorant while driving her car.
