There's an update on a proposed Buc-ee's for the Treasure Coast.
St. Lucie County officials say a final site plan has been submitted by the company to build a new location along Indrio Road off I-95 in Fort Pierce.
The county will meet next month to go over it and if what was submitted doesn't deviate too much from what was already approved, then it's likely to move forward.
At that point, when construction begins will be up to Buc-ee's, which wants to put a gas station with 120 pumps and 18 EV charging station, along with a 76,000 square foot store.
