City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez announced that they will not be enforcing the city wide curfew.
Following a press conference where he made the announcement he followed it up with a tweet that said, "as things stand, the City of Miami will not enforce the County-imposed curfew until there is legal certainty on the matter."
As of right now the rest of Miami-Dade County will have the curfew enforced starting Wednesday at 12a until litigation between Tootsies and local government is settled.
