Khloe Kardashian Pays For Elderly Shoppers' Groceries Amid COVID-19 Crisis

Khloe Kardashian did an incredible thing for the elderly amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Doing her part to help during these unprecedented times, the reality star has been visiting supermarkets to surprise shoppers by paying for their items out of the kindness of her heart. According to TMZ, the star’s latest act of good happened over the weekend as Khloe hit up Trader Joe’s and Ralphs stores in the Los Angeles area one morning to pay for the community’s most vulnerable.

In case you didn’t know, stores nationwide have been opening an hour early to elderly citizens exclusively amid the ongoing health crisis.

Sources told the outlet the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star covered the costs of several different shoppers’ baskets during her do-good errand. Even more, other insiders said Khloe had treated more than 200 employees across various stores in the area to free gift cards on her.

Khloe isn’t the only one sharing acts of kindness during these tough times, her Kardashian-Jenner sisters have also pitched in to help too.

Kylie Jenner recently gave $1 million toward personal protective equipment for medical staff enduring the coronavirus outbreak, including face masks and other essential gear. Kim Kardashian chipped in another $1 million to families impacted by COVID-19 via her shapewear brand, SKIMS. What’s more, the sisters’ matriarch, Kris Jenner, collaborated with the beauty business Coty to produce hand sanitizer for healthcare and emergency workers alike coping with the novel disease at hospitals.

As of Sunday morning (April 19), there are more than 740,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the United States, and over 39,000 people died due to COVID-19 nationwide.
