After the raving reviews of the inaugural wing and dessert battle last year we would like to invite you to join us again to enjoy the aromas of barbecued chicken wings, sweet desserts, additional bites, craft beers, fine wines, seasonal spirits and live entertainment at Sanborn Square Park in downtown Boca Raton, FL on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 for the Second Annual Florida Wing Battle, A Blazing Affair! and Dessert Battle, A Sweet Affair! The wing and dessert competition event takes place inside one of Boca's historical landmarks to launch the first of our four 2020 events. Sanborn Square Park sits south of Mizner Park along Federal Highway and just north of Palmetto Park Road.
The Florida Wing Battle and the Dessert Battle invites Grill Master Chefs and Pastry Chefs throughout the State of Florida to Battle. We hand-pick theBest Chefswho are adventurous at creating thebest wing recipeandbest dessert recipeas preparations for the 2nd Annual Affair heats up.
Each hand-picked chef will create their grilling and dessert masterpieces and present them to a prestigious table ofGrill Master and Dessert Master Judge'swhich will include well known "wing conneseuirs" and "sweet treat freaks". The Judges will determine which contender's wings is deserving of 1st, 2nd and 3rd PlaceBest Grill Masterand 1st, 2nd and 3rd PlaceBest Sweets Masterawards while guests vote with their wooden chips for People's Choice to hold the title asBest Florida Battle WingsandBest Florida Battle Desserts.
Our south Florida event brings the community together to enjoy its"BBQ in the Park"theme and showcases some of the best wings in Florida and the best desserts in Florida. It includes additional bites and an abundant of beverage choices including unlimitedcraft beers, fine wines and seasonal spiritstastings.
Children's Giving Foundation will help supportPROPEL,www.PropelYourFuture.org, People Reaching Out to Provide Education and Leadership, a 501c3 Non Profit Organization in Boca Raton, FL. PROPEL's goal is to address the needs of youth and be a catalyst for change, one life at a time.
