So how about the conviction of this little dude? All the evidence points to him as he literally has the murder weapon in his hand. Does that mean he did it? I'm going to say there is a really really strong possibility he did. However, we don't know for sure. Is sissy really that innocent? If she's older she could have easily set up her little brother and just said hold this after she viciously attacked this poor innocent TV.
