100 Concerts In One Year #52 Luke Bryan

52nd show of 2018 #Kelsi100Concerts

100 concerts in one year...the challenge is on! If you have no idea WTF I'm talking about, click here for the full scoop. It was the first night of Summer, the sun had set and the country music was flowing...well that and a TON of alcohol. Last night I went to my favorite venue and did that beer can sway dance with 19,000 other people. Luke Bryan rolled into town with his "What Makes You Country Tour" and I kicked off the night with some tunes from Jon Pardi!

Most of the time I have seats at Coral Sky, but this time I hung out in the lawn and it was just perfect. I grew up in Royal Palm/Loxahatchee area & I can't even tell you how many concerts I have seen at Coral Sky. It's the same place I sang my heart out to Spice Girls in 4th grade with my friends, the place I slid down the hill in the rain at Ozzfest & the place where I got to grow up and bring bands out on stage. Having my feet on the lawn just brought a giant smile to my face, that and the drinks! Speaking of drinks, right off the bat Luke started throwing cold cans of beer into the crowd. Check it out...

Now the crowd last night was top notch! I'm guessing a lot of people called out of work today, I mean you would have never thought it was a Thursday night. When Luke gave out a Lake Okeechobee shout out, just about everyone put their beer in the air.

On a side note, I was super impressed with Luke's stage production. There were so many lights and lasers before he came out, I legit felt like I was at a wresting match waiting for someone to stroll down. He had a ton of energy on stage and fire shooting up behind him. Honestly, I didn't expect all that at a country concert. Usually, it's more laid back.

Below are a bunch of photos from Luke Bryan's set at Coral Sky in West Palm. Check out how packed the lawn was!

Check back and stalk this blog for a year of music and good stories. Remember, I have to average about 2-3 shows a week. You can follow all of my adventures on Instagram & Twitter @KelsiRadio! Well, until next concert.....
