Palm Beach Gardens Waitress Stiffed a Tip on $735 Order Then Fired After

Waitress, Tamlynn Yoder, who worked at the Palm Beach Gardens Outback Steakhouse was abruptly fired after complaining on Facebook about lack of tip.

Christ Fellowship had placed a $735 takeout order and the volunteer who went to pick up the order was unaware that it was customary to tip for curbside service.

Tamlynn mentioned in her Facebook post that it was a lot of work preparing that order as she had to take the order over the phone, prepare it, take payment, and bring everything out to the car. However, Tamlynn also called out the church stating that they were the ones who stiffed her.

The following day, Tamlynn went to work to find out the church had been issued a full refund and she was fired due to her backlash online.

Christ Fellowship has since spoke out saying "We did not call the restaurant to have her fired, we just wanted the situation resolved."

The full story is below. What do you guys think should have happened? Should Christ Fellowship have tipped? Should Tamlynn have called them out? Should she have been fired? Leave a comment letting us know your thoughts.
