Mark McNally says he saw men from another country steal from a display set up to honor victims of the Manchester bombing. Video shows the angry father confront suspects he says took a Smurf toy and flowers from the memorial. According to him, the men claim they didn't know what the memorial was for. McNally, who has children himself, says even with the language barrier, the men should have known what they did was wrong.
