The Ultimate Fighting Championship is returning to Las Vegas for UFC 306, but they are taking over Madison Square Garden's "Sphere" for the venue's first-ever sporting event. Fabulous shows from U2 to The Eagles are taking over the Sphere, but now it's the UFC's turn.
With two championship fights taking place, "UFC Noche" will be an action-packed event. Sean "Suga" O'Malley will defend his belt against Merab Dvalishvili, who is also on an 8 fight-win streak. Also, Mexican's own "Alexa Grasso" will defend the flyweight championship against Valentina Shevchenko in an epic trilogy fight.
The UFC took on the challenge of being the first sporting event to take over the "Sphere". With all of the next-generation technology that was installed into the Sphere, the UFC plans on making this the greatest sporting event of all time. The event presentation will feature multiple short films created by a production team that features 29 Emmy Wins, 2 Oscar nominations, 1 Golden Globe win, and 1 Grammy win.
Few tickets remain for this once-in-a-lifetime event at the Sphere. Tickets are available at ticketmaster.com. Also, The Sphere has multiple other events at the epic venue, including performances by Dead & Company, The Eagles, and U2. More information and tickets for events are available at thesphere.com.
