One of the two women who was seen dancing on top of a Vero Beach police patrol car in a viral video was arrested this week.
Nikecia Norris, 25, turned herself into the Indian River County Jail on Tuesday, where she was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Vero Beach police are still searching for 30-year-old Marquisa Ford, who they say was the other woman seen dancing on the patrol car. She is facing the same charges as Norris.
On Nov. 28, a police officer responded to a noise complaint under the Merrill P. Barber Bridge near Riverside Café, according to an arrest report. A huge crowd had gathered there for a party. When the officer arrived and began to slow down, Norris jumped onto the hood of his car and began twerking to the music blasting from nearby cars. Partygoers then surrounded the car to the point where he couldn't get out.

The video also showed Ford dancing on the trunk of the car.
People then started to take video of the incident with their cell phones, encouraging the women to keep dancing, police said. Although nobody was hurt, there were several scratches, scuff marks, and abrasions all over the car, an estimated $2,000 to $3,000 worth of damage.
The police officer, as well as another officer who responded to the party, didn't arrest anyone at the time because they were outnumbered and didn't want to escalate the situation.
Norris was released on Dec. 15 after posting a $4,000 bond.
