Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is one of my FAVORITE Lean Cuisine meals, so I decided to give it a whirl myself.  Hey, it can't be that hard ;) And it wasn't! And really really tasty.  Easy too.

1 head of cabbage

1 pound ground beef (lean!)

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 can tomato sauce

1 can tomato chunks

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375

Take the beef, diced onion, salt, pepper & garlic powder moosh it all together in a bowl.  I mix it with my hands to really get it all mixed together.

Meanwhile, core the head of cabbage & blanch the cabbage in a pot of boiling water.  You will know it's ready when the leaves are very bright and are pliable.

Make a ball of the beef mixture & roll it up in a cabbage leaf.  Place in a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Repeat til all the beef is used.

Mix together the tomato sauce and chunks, pour it all over the cabbage rolls and bake for 45 minutes!  Make sure to peek and make the sure the beef is fully cooked.  I served it with steamed red potatoes.

Yum yum yummy yum.
