France only wants it's citizens working 35 hours per week, not allowing access to work e-mail before 9am or after 6pm!  A town in Sweden wants to try a 30 hour work week!  Can you imagine if we didn't have access to our work email any other time other than during strict weekday work hours?!  Some of us if not most would be screwed.  However, maybe we could walk away with a learning lesson from the French that MAYBE there's something more to life than being able to access "work" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   How important is non-work time to you?
