OMG! I still can't believe that Evo's very own Chef Erik came to the station and made this mouth watering food. Evo is one of my favorite Italian spots in South Florida. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is amazing and their attention to detail will have you constantly coming back. Honestly, I was already on cloud 9 with Evo and then Chef Adam from The Cooper came in and took it to another level. I live near The Cooper and go all the time. It's one of those restaurants you can legit just close your eyes and pick anything off the menu. You're guaranteed to have a fabulous meal there, no matter what comes out of the kitchen!
